How many days in advance should I place an order for a birthday cake?
We have our best selling cakes listed on our website for which you can order up to 1 month in advance. Click here
Can I get a cake on the same day?
Yes. If you’re ordering after 10 AM you can call any one of our stores to order a cake for same day pickup.
What if I need a design that is not on your website?
Customised cakes and wedding cakes need a 3-day processing time. Leave an enquiry here with all your details. Our team will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
Do you have a delivery service?

My pincode is not listed in your delivery area, can you send it through a third party?
We will not be able to book a third-party delivery service for your order. If your pincode is not within our delivery radius, we recommend a direct pickup from your nearest location.
Will my cake reach safely if I book a third-party delivery service like Swiggy Genie or Dunzo?
You can inform the delivery partner to handle the package carefully. We will not be responsible for any damage due to the mishandling by third-party delivery partners.

How long does my cake/desserts stay fresh for?
All our cakes and desserts are made without preservatives and we always recommend eating them on the day to enjoy them at their best. In the (unlikely) event you find that you have some cake left over, store it in an airtight box in the fridge for up to 3 days and always allow it to come to room temperature before consuming.
